**അരിക്കുളം: **ഒന്‍പതു വയസ്സുകാരിയെ ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിച്ച കേസില്‍ കാരയാട് സ്വദേശിക്ക് ആറു വര്‍ഷം കഠിന തടവും രണ്ടുലക്ഷത്തി ഇരുപത്തി അയ്യായിരം രൂപ പിഴയും.

അരിക്കുളം കാരയാട് കാളിയത്തുമുക്ക് തേവറോത്തു വീട്ടില്‍ ഇബ്രായി (53) ക്കു ആണ് കൊയിലാണ്ടി ഫാസ്റ്റ് ട്രാക്ക് സ്പെഷ്യല്‍ കോടതി ജഡ്ജ് ടി.പി അനില്‍ പോക്‌സോ നിയമപ്രകാരം ശിക്ഷ വിധിച്ചത്.

2019 ല്‍ ആണ് കേസ് ആസ്പദമായ സംഭവം. പ്രതിയുടെ വീട്ടില്‍ വച്ചും, കുട്ടിയുടെ വീട്ടില്‍ വച്ചും ബാലികയെ പ്രതി പല തവണകളായി ലൈംഗികമായി പീഡിപ്പിക്കുക ആയിരുന്നു.

ബാലിക പിന്നിട് രക്ഷിതാക്കളോട് പീഡന വിവരം പറയുക ആയിരുന്നു.. മേപ്പയ്യൂര്‍ പോലീസ് രജിസ്റ്റര്‍ ചെയ്ത കേസ് സബ് ഇന്‍സ്പെക്ടര്‍ എ.കെ സജീഷ് ആണ് കേസ് അന്വേഷിച്ചത്. പ്രൊസിക്യൂഷനു വേണ്ടി അഡ്വ പി ജെതിന്‍ ഹാജരായി.
