കൂത്താളി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡന്റ്  കെ.കെ ബിന്ദു പരിപാടി ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു. പ്രസിഡന്റ്  പി വിനോദന്‍ അധ്യക്ഷത വഹിച്ചു. മുതിര്‍ന്ന അംഗം നമ്പ്യാരെ ചടങ്ങില്‍ ആദരിച്ചു.
