**വടകര: **എടച്ചേരി തലായിയില്‍ താര്‍ ജീപ്പ് ഇടിച്ച് ഹോട്ടല്‍ തൊഴിലാളിയായ വീട്ടമ്മ മരിച്ചു. പുറമേരി സ്വദേശി ശാന്ത ആണ് മരിച്ചത്.

പുലര്‍ച്ചെ 6.15 ആയിരുന്നു അപകടം. ഹോട്ടലിലേക്ക് വോകുവാന്‍ വേണ്ടി ബസ് ഇറങ്ങി റോഡ് ക്രോസ് ചെയ്യുന്നതിനിടെ അതി വേഗത്തിലെത്തിയ ജീപ്പ് ഇടിച്ച് തെറിപ്പിച്ചാണ് അപകടമുണ്ടായത്.ഇടിയുടെ ആഘാതത്തില്‍ ശാന്ത സംഭവ സ്ഥലത്ത് തന്നെ മരണപ്പെട്ടു.
