**പേരാമ്പ്ര: **കൂത്താളി ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പത്താം വാര്‍ഡ് പള്ളിയാറകണ്ടി-പുതിയേടത്ത് റോഡിന്റെ ഉദ്ഘാടനം ഗ്രാമപഞ്ചായത്ത് പ്രസിഡണ്ട് കെ.കെ ബിന്ദു ഉദ്ഘാടനം ചെയ്തു.
